With over 25 years of experience working across the globe and in various sectors, a key motivation for my work has been to drive change that delivers for both businesses and communities.
Communities, governments and investors are all increasingly looking to non-financial factors (environment, social and governance) as part of their analysis process to identify material risks and growth opportunities.

Offshore Wind
Developing a Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and Plan that gains critical insight which can be incorporated into project design, EIS, foreshore licence & planning applications. Securing social license to operate by identifying, assessing and mitigating key risks to the project.
Corrib Gas
After a crisis on Shell’s Corrib project resulting in project delay and a breakdown in trust with the local community, led a dedicated team to deliver a reputation recovery strategy. Activities included engaging with external stakeholders, impact management and delivery of community and local content benefits to the local area.
ADNOC
Developing a Social Risk Policy and Standard for the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company. Establishing the standards for stakeholder engagement and impact management in line with the International Financing Corporation Standards and ensuring projects are ready for ESG compliance audits by third-party financial institutions.
